Compare the tools that move your money
Six side-by-side comparisons for small-business owners and freelancers: where to bank, how to get paid, what to run the books on, how to bill, how to track spending and where to park a reserve. Regular prices, plain language, and a cash flow lens on every page.
Link disclosure. Every provider link on this page is marked rel="sponsored". Right now none of them is a tracked partner link, so each button goes straight to the provider’s own site and FlowHaxa earns nothing from the click. If that changes, this notice will say so. Prices and rates come from each provider’s own pages. See how we make money.

- Regular prices, not promos. Intro discounts end. Every price in the tables is what you pay after they do.
- A cash flow lens. For each category we ask the same questions: does it help you see your money, does it change when cash arrives or leaves, and what does it cost once you add the small fees?
- The provider’s own pages, dated. Each page lists its sources and the day we checked. When we could not confirm a figure, the table says so instead of guessing.
- Honest links. Providers do not pay for their place in a table. Every button is marked
rel="sponsored", and the disclosure on each page says exactly whether a commission link is involved.
Which Comparison Do You Need?
| Comparison | Useful when you are | The main trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Business Bank Accounts Compared | Opening a first business account, or splitting cash into tax, payroll and reserve buckets | The cheapest accounts are online only; branches and cash handling cost more |
| Payment Processors Compared | Taking card payments online, at events or on invoices | Fixed fees hurt small orders, and dispute fees stay with you |
| Accounting Software Compared | Moving off spreadsheets, or outgrowing the first tool you picked | Intro prices end after three months, and plan limits push you up a tier |
| Invoicing Tools Compared | Getting invoices out faster and paid sooner | Free tiers charge for reminders or take a bigger cut of card payments |
| Expense Tools Compared | Teams where more than one person spends company money | Free software often comes with a card that is a credit product |
| Business Savings Accounts Compared | Holding a cash reserve or saving for known costs | The best rates sit behind paid plans, and all rates are variable |
